I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following Disclaimer & Policies.

CONFIDENTIALITY & RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that Siobhan Brady accepts no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity

for any liability, loss, damage, injury, or other consequence caused, or alleged to be caused,

directly or indirectly, as a result of any session, service, guidance, information or experience I receive.

I understand that all information shared with Siobhan Brady will be held in the strictest of confidence,

subject to any legal obligations that may apply.

All sessions and services are fully non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in these policies.

AGE REQUIREMENT

To avail of services provided by Siobhan Brady, I understand that I must be 18 years of age or older.

PSYCHIC, TAROT, ORACLE, MEDIUMSHIP READINGS

By booking a Psychic, Tarot, Oracle or Mediumship readings, I understand that these services

are provided for entertainment, personal reflection and spiritual guidance purposes only.

All information, interpretations and guidance offered during a reading are subjective

and are ultimately for me to interpret and decide how, or whether, I wish to apply them to my own life.

I understand that any information or guidance provided does not constitute or substitute

for legal, psychological, financial, medical, business or other professional advice.

ENERGY & SHAMANIC HEALING

By booking an energy healing,, shamanic healing or related spiritual healing session, I understand

that these practices are complementary approaches intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, personal reflection and wellbeing.

I understand that Siobhan Brady does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication or other substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment plan of any licensed medical or healthcare professional.

I understand that these services do not take the place of medical or professional healthcare.

It is recommended that I consult a licensed physician, medical practitioner or other appropriately

qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical, psychological, mental or emotional ailment or concern I may have.

I understand that I should not stop, add, reduce, increase or otherwise change any medication or conventional medical treatment

without the advice, consent and direction of my physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

PAYMENT & BOOKING

By booking, I understand that payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Please see the applicable rates listed under each service offered.

All payments are non-refundable.

If I fail to attend my scheduled appointment, or fail to reschedule in accordance with the cancellation policy below, my payment will be forfeited.

All appointments are subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

All appointments must be booked in advance and are offered subject to availability.

Same-day and walk-in appointments are not accepted.

Except in the event of an emergency, cancellations or requests to reschedule

must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend my appointment, the payment is forfeited and is non-refundable.

If a session is cancelled by Siobhan Brady, another date will be offered as a substitute.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All appointments and information shared during sessions are treated as strictly confidential, subject to any legal obligations that may apply.

All services provided by Siobhan Brady are considered alternative and complementary services and do not replace the need for traditional medical care through a physician or appropriately licensed professional.

I am advised to seek the care of a qualified professional for any physical, mental or emotional concerns and to consult an appropriate medical professional whenever necessary.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking a session or service with Siobhan Brady, I confirm that:

I am 18 years of age or older.
I have read and understood this Disclaimer & Policies document.
I understand the nature and limitations of the services offered.
I understand that the services provided do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, business or other professional advice.
I accept responsibility for my own interpretation and decisions regarding any information, guidance or experience received during a session.
I understand that all appointments require payment in full at the time of booking
and that payments are non-refundable, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy stated above.
